Precision Laser and Fabrication (PLF) is a proud, privately owned Saskatchewan company specializing in precision metal and non-ferrous processing and distribution for the mining, energy, agriculture, OEM, and industrial sectors.
Located in Saskatoon, our 28,000 sq ft facility operates seven days a week, providing reliable support for our partners during both production and downtime. PLF combines advanced technologies including laser cutting, plasma cutting, beamline processing, CNC routing & milling, forming, welding and many other special processes required to deliver a wide variety of high-accuracy parts, components and assemblies.
As a certified SSAB Strenx® partner, PLF offers plate and material sales for Strenx® 110XF and a wide range of other steel and non-ferrous products. Our focus on precision, reliability, and responsiveness makes PLF a trusted partner to the mining, energy, OEM, and industrial communities across Western Canada.

Precision Laser and Fabrication (PLF) provide complete metal and non-ferrous processing and distribution solutions for the mining, energy, OEM, agriculture, and industrial sectors.

• Laser Cutting – high-speed, high-precision cutting for steel, aluminum, and stainless materials
• High-Definition Plasma & Oxy-Fuel Cutting – large-format plate capacity up to 120' × 660' and 12' thick
• Beamline Processing – 6-axis robotic technology capable of processing any large structural shape such as beam, channel, angle, tube, and pipe, with full profiling and text-marking capabilities
• CNC Routing – tight-tolerance, scratch-free processing for aluminum, stainless, and composite materials up to ½' thick
• Precision 5-Axis Machining – advanced aluminum and steel extrusion and structural profiling with complex multi-axis capability
• Press Brake Forming – complex bend profiles of any shape or size, completed in-house or with our strategic partners
• Welding – aluminum and steel welding for components, assemblies, and custom small fabrication projects
• Beam Cambering – precision straight or curved beam forming to engineered specification
• Plate Rolling – precision rolling of steel and non-ferrous plate to specified radius and thickness requirements
• Special Services – beam shaping and other custom forming solutions
• Pipe Profiling – 4'–48' diameter, up to 45' long; cuts up to 1.5' thick with plasma. Supports all shapes including saddles, lobsters, rectangular cuts, and text engraving
• Material Sales & Distribution – mill-direct supply of steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous plate and sheet
• Strenx® Plate Supply – certified SSAB partner offering Strenx® 110XF and related high-strength grades
