We are 100% Metis owned, and we are a Certified Saskatchewan Metis Business. Adam Brad Welding LTD growth strategy is centered around attracting, and retaining talent to driver diversity and inclusion. The local talent includes persons of First Nation decent, woman, and new Canadians. Adam Brad Welding LTD continues to support employees through their apprenticeship to earning trades designations of journeyperson welders.
